This policy explains our refund rules clearly and transparently.
All payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Due to the nature of service-based operations, refunds are not provided after completion.
Refunds will not be given for:
Customer dissatisfaction after service completion
Natural wear and tear
Vehicle condition limitations
Minor issues that do not affect service completion
Customer absence during service
A refund will only be considered under the following situation:
✅ Payment made
✅ Service not delivered by Y7 Steamy Rides
✅ Customer raises the complaint within 24 hours
Refund approval is subject to internal verification.
Customers must notify cancellation at least 3 hours before appointment.
Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
No-show bookings will not receive refunds.
If you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of payment.
We will review and resolve it accordingly.
Approved refunds will be:
Processed within 7–10 business days
Returned through the original payment method
We are not responsible for:
Results based on vehicle condition
Pre-existing damage or interior stains
Mechanical or electrical faults
Refunds will not be issued on these grounds.
