At Y7 Steamy Rides, we value your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy explains the rules around appointment cancellations and rescheduling for services in Bengaluru.
Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 3 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment will:
Not be eligible for any refund
May be considered as service attempted
If a customer:
Does not answer calls
Is unavailable at location
Is not present at the scheduled time
The booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided.
If Y7 Steamy Rides cancels service due to:
Technician unavailability
Bad weather
Equipment issues
Unavoidable circumstances
You may receive either:
✅ A rescheduled appointment
✅ A full refund (if service not delivered)
Cancellation is not allowed once service has started.
No refunds for partial service delivery.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may be restricted from future bookings.
